Socio demographic data :-
The index client is 2 years six months old male child, Islam by religion and not started formal schooling younger of two siblings, belongs to middle socio-economic status and hailing from Alleppey district of Kerala. His parents brought him to OPD with following complaints.

Provisional diagnosis:-
The index client 20 years, female, doing her graduation final year. Christian by religion, belongs to upper middle socio-economic status, hails from Chennai came to OPD with her mother with chief complaints of lack of sleep, irregular to college, spring on unwanted things and being over talkative. On the mental status examination (MSE) ideas of worthlessness, mental stress due to not selecting for the volleyball team, lack of sleep, rapid talking, high self confidence and highly active.
